We already have a good understanding of your business and of your management team from our long term relationship on the Romanian market and the requirement for this role from our meeting.

We appreciate the fact that you want to take full advantage of TrendTalent resources as a firm, as well as our recent experiences in conducting similar searches. To that end, we will both research into our database of recent comparable searches and extensive database as well.

3. Using rigorous research driven methodology
We will be prepared to discuss with you a broad range of preliminary candidates to ensure that we are on target and to determine who seems most accurately to fit your needs. This will allow us to target the most interesting prospects, as well as make any necessary midcourse corrections in the assignment.
Next we will conduct in-depth interviews and present you with detailed descriptions of the final candidates, as well as an assessment of their respective strengths, weaknesses and appropriateness for the position.
