The course is dedicated to the employees from the Reservation department but also to the employees from the Reception if they take over the responsibilities of the reservations department occasionally or even on permanent basis.
Aims of the course
Increase the income on rooms by training the employees and helping them understand better the guest's needs and the factors which are determine their satisfaction and make the guests prefer the hotel over the competition by offering excellent services;
Improve product knowledge and develop inner trust and in the product the employees are selling by understanding the difference between the expectations and the facilities and services offered in the hotel.
Develop the selling abilities and the up-selling techniques by managing efficiently the resources; Increase the abilities of staff to sell over the phone by applying the steps to increase the success rate.
