The course is dedicated to the employees working in the Banqueting department, the Sales division or the Sales employees if the hotel doesn't have a specialized department in the hotel.
Aims of the course
Increase revenue in the events area by training the sales employees and helping them understand the guest's needs and by applying the selling techniques and developing business partnership with the guests.
Improve product knowledge and structuring of the department's activities to increase inter-departmental communication efficiency and increased guests' satisfaction;
Develop the selling and up-selling techniques in order to generate extra revenue, develop the presentation skills to maximise the income.
