Train the trainer
educo.ro has created a special package of training and developing programmes for the internal trainers and facilitators within the companies. This package covers all the needs in regards of training the internal trainers both for a group of employees but also for the on the job training and, in the same time is developing the planning and following-up skills to increase the success of a training event.
Aims of the train the trainer courses
Developing the training abilities of the facilitator/ instructor, emphasising his/ her inner trust in a group training event but also in case is training on the job;
Identification of the training and development needs and designing the training and development course or event which is appropriate to the identified need;
Structuring the training courses and events both off and on the job in order to maximise the learning process;
Create a common language in the organisation in regards of training and development across the departments and, it's standardisation. |
