educo.ro has created a special package of training and development courses for the management teams of the Romanian companies activating in the service and hospitality industry. These programmes were created to give to all managers, the ones being for the first time in a supervisory role but also the experienced ones, the skills needed to manage and develop the team they are responsible for.
The course is aimed to all supervisors and managers who are responsible for the performance evaluation in the organization. The course gives the necessary tools the managers and supervisors need in order to make the appraisal process efficient and to support the process of formal individual evaluation.
