educo.ro created a special package of training and development courses mandatory for all Romanian companies activating in the service and hospitality field. The courses are actively supporting the companies' effort but also the responsibility to have a safe environment both for their employees and guests. The courses are emphasising on the preventing approach but they also prepare the employees on how to react in special cases when employees or guests health or safety are at risk.
It is recommended to have first aide trained employees in each department or specialised medical personnel in the company. In case you don't have the specialised personnel, educo.ro developed partnerships with accredited doctors having many years of experience in the field to deliver this course. The agreed doctors have experience in delivering this course for other hotels in Romania and are authorised to certify and re-certify the first aid trained employees.
