A series of 10 training programmes which you can combine to meet the specific training needs of your management team. The combination is best if you are taking 3 different courses and you allow a week between the courses to give enough time to put in practise and assimilate the new information before they learn another one. The courses will help the managers to improve their leadership style, to manage better the team and the programmes could be continued over the year to according to the management team needs.

Enhance your communication and feedback skills to achieve successful outcomes. This programme will help you to use effective methods of communication, use active listening and questioning skills, give and receive feedback and understand its value to yourself and others, to distinguish between aggressive, assertive and passive approaches and their implications to others, use techniques to increase your power base.

Advanced Communication Skills for Managers
