A series of 8 training programmes which you can combine to meet the specific training needs of Human resources and Training teams but also the other managers in the organisation. The combination is best if you are taking 3 different courses and you allow a week between them to give enough time to put in practise and assimilate the new information before they learn another one.

This programme will help you to understand the benefits of induction and the impact of the psychological contract, identify key areas and timings of the induction content, understand the special needs of employees, use the quantitative and qualitative approaches to evaluation, manage the induction process to meet the needs of the organisation, the team and the individual and produce and induction record.
Coaching Skills
Enhance your communication and feedback skills to achieve successful outcomes. This programme will help you to use effective methods of communication, use active listening and questioning skills, give and receive feedback and understand its value to yourself and others, distinguish between aggressive, assertive and passive approaches and their implications to others and use techniques to increase your power base.
Mentoring Workshop
Develop effective mentoring skills to support your team's performance.
